3. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers. Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on course purchases, provided you have completed less than 30 percent of the course content at the time of your refund request.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the eClass platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials, is the property of eClass or its content creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
